ALHareef Auto Maintenance runs a workshop in Al-Manara, Dubai, and a fleet of equipped vans that take the same work out to the customer. The technicians are ours — the people who service a car in your parking bay are the people who service it in the workshop.
We kept the standards of the workshop and removed the part nobody enjoys: the part where you sit and wait.
Certified and insured
Technicians are trade-certified and covered by liability insurance. Parts are OEM or an approved equivalent.

You approve the figure before any work starts. Nothing is added on site, and the invoice is issued digitally when we finish.

How do I book a service?
Right here: choose the service, tell us the car, set a time and an address, and confirm. You can also book in the ALHareef app, or call 800 349 48 and the dispatch team will book it for you.
How quickly can you reach me?
It depends where you are and what the traffic is doing. We dispatch the nearest available van rather than the next one in a queue, and you get the technician’s ETA once the job is assigned.
Which areas do you cover?
Dubai and Sharjah, with roadside assistance day and night. We take bookings in neighbouring emirates case by case — call the hotline and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
Are your technicians certified and insured?
Yes. Technicians are trade-certified and covered by liability insurance. We follow manufacturer service procedures and fit OEM or approved-equivalent parts.
What warranty do I get?
Parts carry the manufacturer warranty — typically 12 to 24 months on batteries and tyres. Our labour is covered by a 6-month workmanship guarantee on every job.
How do I pay?
Pay by card online when you book, or by card or cash when the job is done. The price is agreed before work begins and the digital invoice is sent as soon as we finish.
Can everything be done at my home or office?
Almost. Tyres, batteries, servicing, air conditioning, washing, detailing and inspections are all done on site. Heavy mechanical and bodywork goes to our workshop, and we collect and return the car.
How do I know which tyre my car needs?
The size is printed on the sidewall and on the sticker inside the driver’s door — something like 205/55 R16. Send us the plate number instead and we will match it for you.
